Chinatown Smoke-Free Day Social Post
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) wanted a social media post celebrating Chinatown Smoke-Free Day in New York.
This animation uses the iconic Chinatown gate as a symbol to convey the strength and determination of a smoke-free community. The gate represents the preservation of culture, while a smoke-free community signifies a commitment to a healthier future. This design serves as a reminder that quitting smoking is not only a step toward a better life for oneself but also a meaningful contribution to the well-being of the entire community.
Using purchased vector illustrations, I reassembled and customized the composition to create a cohesive layout. Additionally, I designed the post’s layout and incorporated dynamic motion effects to enhance visual engagement and align with the festive theme.
